Cynthia Miller is an associate of the Boca Raton office of Sweetapple, Broeker & Varkas, P.L. As a native of New Jersey, Cynthia completed her undergraduate work at Rutgers University, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in American Studies and Psychology. She then went on to become a Certified Paralegal. While working at the firm, Cynthia completed law school at Nova Southeatern University. She has been with the firm for over twelve years.
Cynthia represents clients in complex commercial disputes. Her practice includes the representation of individuals, organizations and businesses in state, federal and appellate court. Her experience includes cases involving construction defects, breach of contract, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, unfair and deceptive trade practices, public records disputes, libel and slander, land use, constructive lien and lender liability, as well as arbitration matters before FINRA.
Cynthia is a member of the Florida Bar, Washington D.C. Bar, and the Bar of the Unites States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
