Berkley Sweetapple

Berkley Sweetapple represents clients in complex commercial disputes. Her practice includes the representation of individuals, organizations and businesses in state and federal court. Her experience includes cases involving construction defects, breach of contract, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, unfair and deceptive trade practices, public records disputes, libel and slander, sexual harassment, and discrimination based on disability.

Berkley earned her bachelor’s degree from Wake Forest University and her law degree from Boston College.
