Ashleigh Greene is an associate in the Miami office of Sweetapple, Broeker & Varkas, P.L. Ashleigh was a summer associate in the Miami office in 2011 and joined the firm full-time in 2012.

Prior to attending law school, Ashleigh focused her career in commercial and personal banking for one of the largest banks in the United States. After three years in the banking industry, she enrolled in law school to focus on both domestic and international business relations. While in law school Ashleigh studied abroad in Toronto, Canada and Shanghai, China, two of the top trading partners with the United States, to do a comparative analysis of the global issues in corporate law. Ashleigh also participated in the International Human Rights Practicum with Washington & Lee University and the Women's Legal Aid Centre (WLAC) in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. While in Dar es Salaam, she researched employment and labor rights in the city’s factories and co-authored the report, “The Gap between Law and Reality”, which included findings and recommendations for improving conditions for workers in Tanzania.

Ashleigh is in the corporate governance and commercial transaction department of Sweetapple, Broeker & Varkas, P.L., and also assists with complex business litigation cases.
